Cooler temperatures are setting in this evening, dropping from the 50s into the 40s with a few downpours and possible hail in some areas, including on Cape Cod again. Tomorrow brings plenty of sunshine for central and southern New England, with a few passing clouds and sprinkles in the north. However, temperatures will struggle to climb out of the 50s (upper 40s far north), with gusty winds making it feel even chillier. Friday will feel a bit milder, but an active wind will stick around through the start of the weekend.
