Tonight’s Weather

It’s a really comfortable evening, perfect for a fire in the fire pit. The wind is light, and the air is comfortable. This pleasant weather will continue through the night.

Overnight Lows Across the Area:

  • Northern New England: 50s
  • Southern New England: 60s
  • Cape and South Coast: Low 60s

Danielle and I have been mentioning how this is an ideal windows-open sleeping setup, and that will be true for tonight across all of New England.

Outdoor Outlook for Saturday

Mountains:

  • Conditions: Wispy clouds mixed with sunshine
  • UV Index: Very high (Sunscreen is essential)
  • Temperatures:
    • Valleys: Around 80°F
    • Summits: 70-75°F

Lakes Region:

  • Conditions: Mid 80s, light wind, little to no chop
  • Water Temperature: Around 80°F
  • Ideal for: Water activities

Beaches:

  • Conditions: Fantastic with high-altitude, thin clouds giving a milky appearance
  • Risk of Rip Currents: Low
  • Wave Heights: 1-2 feet, some spots 2-3 feet
  • Water Temperature: 60s, warmer along the South Coast and South side of Cape Cod

Saturday’s High Temperatures

Most areas will enjoy highs in the 80s. Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • Northern New England: Upper 70s to low 80s
  • Southern New England: Low to mid 80s
  • Cape and Islands: Mid 70s to low 80s

Winds will be out of the West and Southwest, and the humidity will remain comfortable.
