There’s a lot for Matt Noyes to cover in our Insights “Deep Dive” video today! From accumulating snow returning to the northern half of New England Wednesday night, to a spotty black ice chance Thursday morning, snow showers Friday, a nearby developing storm Friday night and a cold blast this weekend! All the details you need in the video, or the brief written summary is below. Want to join as a 1DegreeOutside Member and get access to exclusive benefits and content? There’s more arguing for a developing storm Friday night to miss than to hit (though some snow showers would be probable, regardless), but A.I. enhanced computer guidance suggests we should keep a close eye for a nearer pass that could back enough moisture into Eastern New England for 1″-3″ of snow Friday night, except at some immediate coastal locales or Cape Cod, where an onshore wind off the ocean would give a better chance of raindrops. At this point, it’s simply something to watch, but we’ll keep you posted.
