Thunderstorms developing in Upstate New York will cross state lines into New England Wednesday evening and night, then weaken but not entirely disappear as they move east through dawn. Nonetheless, while Thursday may bring an isolated early morning shower and a few isolated showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, nothing too robust is expected.
